The machinery is built and tested. The live voice stack is stood up but not finished: a session does not yet reach the end cleanly, and some latency budgets are over.
What it does
Closer to a lesson than a chatbot.
It teaches a lesson
Not a chatbot waiting for a prompt — a prepared lesson, delivered out loud, with the slides and blocks that go with it.
It listens
A learner speaks instead of typing, which is the point for anyone whose reading is behind their speaking.
It answers
Questions mid-lesson get answered in context, then the lesson picks up where it left off.
It adapts
The path through a lesson responds to how the learner is doing rather than running the same track for everyone.

English first, with Burmese and Falam Chin as our own speech models mature — the reason to build this rather than buy it.
For organisations
An author portal for building lessons, and per-organisation branding and isolation for schools and programmes running their own.
A classroom that listens to children.
So recording is built to be the exception. A learner's voice is kept only against a consent token, in a separate store the lesson service itself cannot read, with an expiry set on every clip and a sweep that deletes the audio when it passes.
